Stanton Vignes

Mr. Vignes has in excess of 20 years experience in the consulting industry with emphasis in Engineering/Architectural Design and Project Management. His knowledge of financial, operations and information management has contributed to the development and rapid growth of the firms he’s managed. As Chief Administrative Officer of The Sulzer Group, Stanton assists the Project Team with financial reporting systems and strategies, grant management, compliance, and the management of confidential client data. As a businessman and community activist, Mr. Vignes has earned numerous awards and honors from the Healthcare Financial Managers’ Association, LCA, NPRA, and New Orleans Men of Fashion. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Methodist Hospital (Universal Healthcare), Lakeland Medical Center (Columbia/HCA) and the City Club of New Orleans. Mr. Vignes is a past member of the Board of New Orleans East Economic Development Foundation, The Community Service Centers, Wink, Inc., Universal Personnel and St. Dominic Parish Council. A native New Orleanian, Stanton lives in Orleans Parish with his two sons, Stanton, Jr. and Lee. He is an avid tennis player, who enjoys wine, sporting events, and traveling with his family.

A partial listing of his consulting experience follows:

•   Holy Cross School, New Orleans, LA: Chairman of School Board of Directors. After Holy Cross School decided to leave its flood-ravaged Lower ninth Ward campus and rebuild in Gentilly, the project has been a symbol of hope for recovery. Mr. Vignes was instrumental in the successful school replacement project by working side by side with The Sulzer Group through the construction and FEMA grant process. The new Middle/High School buildings were designed and constructed on a fast-track basis for 1050 students. The 20-acre, state-of-the-art campus houses a new Administration building with library, 8th Grade Center of Excellence, Student Center with a sports arena with capacity for 2000, and athletic fields.

• Wink, Inc., St. Rose, LA: Chief Financial Officer for Wink Companies, LLC, a professional consulting firm which provides engineering and design in all disciplines — process/chemical, mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation/controls, and environmental — to a diversified clientele, specializing in services to the industrial sector.

• Universal Personnel, New Orleans, LA: President of UP, a national WBENC-certified agency matching engineering, IT, project controls and other technical professionals with employment opportunities in the oil & gas, chemical and utilities industries. Mr. Vignes successfully led this company from its infancy to a position of leadership in technical staffing industry.
