Mr. Ermel has 12 years experience in design, construction and program management within the private and non-profit sectors. He has managed public infrastructure and facilities projects including roadways, utilities, rail, schools and police facilities as well as private large-scale residential and commercial development projects. He understands complex project delivery requirements and has specific expertise in budgeting, scheduling and cost controls. Mr. Ermel received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1998 and completed his MBA from Colorado State University in May 2011.
