Lynn Oaks School, located in Braithwaite, LA is approximately an hour from downtown New Orleans. Lynn Oaks was inundated with over 3 feet of flood waters following Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The project is comprised of 3 buildings with varying phases of construction. The Sulzer Group will be implemental in the design, development, and construction of a repair/replacement facility consisting of a gym, a classroom building with 400+ students, as well as a head master’s residence.
