St. Paul’s Episcopal School New Orleans, Louisiana
St. Paul’s Episcopal School, located in the Lakeview neighborhood of New Orleans, was inundated with nearly 12-feet of flood waters following Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The school plans to build a 10,000 square foot replacement educational facility. To do so, they will utilize several consolidated FEMA funded project worksheets. The Sulzer Group has been selected as the Project Manager for the replacement project to oversee:
- Damage Assessment
- Scope Alignment
- Architectural Program Development
- Establishment of temporary facilities
- Administration of the Public Assistance Grants
- Procurement
