Jennifer Oswald

Helping communities recover from disasters over the past 11 years, Ms. Oswald excels in utilizing her training, along with analytical and problem solving skills. She is a detail oriented, highly motivated professional with diversified experience in accounting, real estate, insurance, emergency management, quality assurance, and business support. She is proficient in use of NEMIS, EMMIE and Dashboard and familiar with Title 44 of the Code of Federal Regulations and the 9500 Policy Series for implementation of the Public Assistance Program.

Jennifer’s experience in disaster recovery ranges from Debris Monitor to State Public Assistance Coordinator and currently Project Manager at the Sulzer Group. She is focused on helping her clients maximize their recovery efforts.

Jennifer received her B.S. in Management from Florida Gulf Coast University. She is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Florida Insurance Adjuster, and Florida Insurance Customer Service Representative.
